TICKET PURCHASE POLICY
Online Ticketing sells event tickets on behalf of TimeLine Events which means Online Ticketing does not set the ticket prices or determine ticket numbers. Policies set forth by our client, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Tickets purchased on www.timelineevents.org may be subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.
Occasionally, events may be cancelled or rescheduled for a variety of reasons. If an event is cancelled, please contact TimeLine Events for information on receiving a refund or credit voucher for use on a future TimeLine Event. If the event was moved or rescheduled, Timeline Events may set refund limitations. In the event of you not being able to make the rescheduled date for your event then you must inform TimeLine Events within 2 weeks of the new date being advertised to receive a full refund. After this period you will be not issue a refund until your ticket has been resold by TimeLine Events.
If you are unable to attend the event your ticket was originally purchased for and you make TimeLine Events aware at least one month of the date you maybe offered the opportunity to move your booking to a future event of the same value or more. If you accept the option to move to a different event you will forfeit the right to any refund if available. However at the Companies discretion you maybe offered a Credit Voucher for use on a future event.
Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit/debit card and, for some services a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice if purchased in excess of this limit.

TLEClub TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENGAGEMENT
Annual fee is £75.00 and membership will commence immediately after your payment has been received.
Gift vouchers or spot discounts cannot be used towards the annual membership fee.
Once signed up we cannot cancel the membership or offer membership fee refunds.
Membership is for the individual only and cannot be shared with a third party.
Membership discount codes and special offers are for members only and cannot be shared with third parties.
Bookings made by members should be for the member only, members are reminded that they should not book tickets using their membership discounts to purchase tickets for other people.
Members are only allowed to purchase one ticket per event at club offered price.
All other TimeLine Events Terms & Conditions apply.
TimeLine events reserves the right to refuse the sign up or continuation of membership if any individual has not adhered to these terms or has in any way abused the conditions of their membership.
TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of TimeLine Events. Full details are available on request.
Please check your ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the event host. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the original date.
TimeLine Events reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of TimeLine Events. TimeLine Events may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. TimeLine Events and Online Ticketing cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. TimeLine Events and Online Ticketing reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which either business reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.
If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than TimeLine Events., or Online Ticketing, it may be voided and the holder may be refused entrance.
Purchasing a ticket to a TimeLine Event entitles the barer to attend the event and recording the day by video or still photography for personal and private use only.
Timeline Events do not issue model or property release's.
TimeLine Events operates a No Smoking policy.
TimeLine Events and Online Ticketing accept no responsibility for any personal property.
Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as attendees of any TimeLine Event.
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event, or another event equivalent to the face value of the ticket. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative event (subject to availability) up to the value on the ticket.
TimeLine Events hold the rights to change any aspect of an advertised event without prior notice either in writing or by any other method for whatever reason it deems nessercery. TimeLine Events will however where possible try to give ticket holders advanced notice of any changes but can not be held responsible if circumstances and time dictate that this is not possible.
All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and TimeLine Events regulations whilst attending any TimeLine Events.
Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury to yourself or another attendee shall enable TimeLine Events to reject you as an attendee on any or all future TimeLine Events.

TimeLine Events does not guarantee that an event will start at the times stated and reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any event without notice, or to substitute a different engine should this be necessary for whatever reason.

On occasions to further facilitate and for the benefit of photographers and TLEClub members and to ensure the widest possible photographic opportunities TimeLine Events will organise joint events or help promote events run by other operators. TimeLine Events wish to make clear as a term of its booking conditions that it is not responsible or does it endorse the actions, arrangements, requirements and policies of any other organisation or individual(s). It will be made clear on all events advertised and capable of being booked via the TimeLine Events website who is the lead and responsible organisation or individual(s).
TimeLine Events terms and conditions will only apply to stated TimeLine Events run events. In all other cases TimeLine Events and Online Ticketing's responsibility is limited to that of a booking agent or third party promoter.
TimeLine Events are committed to ensuring all events are run safely and within current Government Covid-19 guidelines. The information below is designed to offer participants reassurance that TimeLine Events are putting everyones health at the forefront of all decisions made about the safe running of future events and training courses. This information will be updated as new guidelines become available from the UK Government but should at all times be seen as a guide only and as the purchaser of a ticket to a TimeLine Event you ultimately take personal responsibly for your own health and safety while in attendance of any event.
The main symptoms of coronavirus are:
- a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
- a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
- a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you've noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
Most people with coronavirus have at least one of these symptoms.
If you have any of the main symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19), you must stay at home (self-isolate) and get a test.
Do not come to an event organised by TimeLine Events if you have any of these symptoms.
Track and Trace - TimeLine Events will be partaking in track and trace and the venues we use will also require your details for their own track and trace to be held for 21 days. When purchasing tickets to events running under the Covid-19 Government guidelines you agree for us to send your details to the venue for each event for track and trace and to partake in the track and trace scheme.
We will be doing checks for symptoms on arrival at all of our events, including a temperature check using a digital infrared thermometer. If you have a high temperature on arrival you will not be permitted to join the event. For further details and to read our full Covid-19 Policy please click here
