As a regular visitor to East Kirkby and Just Jane, I enjoy the oppressive to take part in TLE. Neil & Alan are brilliant in the way that they are there for all your needs and are very approachable particularly if you need a little technical help. I’ve attended photography events with other operators where re-enactors forget they they are chiefly there for us the customers, but the way that Neil & Alan get the guys and girls to to do repeat walks, or when they hold a certain pose for a few seconds. The banter is also good, and I particularly like the fact that we are all encouraged to be friendly and aware of each and to be polite. I cannot recommend TLE highly enough and look forward to a shoot containing the Mosquito in 2020. Rob Hayton

I've just attended the All American Pin-up shoot at North Weald, & can't praise it highly enough! It's my first time behind the camera at one of these events, having been involved as a re-enactor in the past. Pre shoot communications & the organisation was faultless, & I found everyone really friendly & helpful. That includes Neil & the TLE staff, all at Hangar 11, & the models.  I should also include the other photographers as well! What a friendly bunch, & all eager to share help & advice, & most considerate about keeping out of shot! I loved the event, shot hundreds of images, (several of which came out ok). I'll certainly consider another event in the future, and anyone who has thought about doing one, just do it!

I did the Vulcan night shoot and had an incredible day. A great deal of thought had gone into the perfect scenes for photographers, particularly liked the re-enactors freezing as slow shutter speeds had to be used. I can confirm from my images there was little or no movement. Well done to them. Also liked that a tent had been provided to keep dry as the start of our shoot was wet. If I had to be critical at all I would have liked somewhere to sit, just some benches in the tent would have done. Also at times there was far too many people, some not recognising that they were not the only ones trying to get shots. I would be prepared to pay more and have less people but these are only small issues. A really enjoyable day and I got some great shots. Looking forward to doing many more.

Went to the Gulf War Veterans on 14th October at Yorkshire Air Museum and like I knew would happen I wasn't disappointed. Was a great night as always. It was also great that we had the chance to take some photos with the use of smoke machines and different colour lights. Something you don't often get the chance to do, especially with aircraft at air museums. Look forward to future events where I am waiting for Neil and the team to pull something else out of the bag to surprise us all. 10/10. If you are ever thinking off booking one of these events, I recommend just book it, you wont be disappointed.

My experience of the event RAF Launch HSL102 - Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - 2nd July 2019 was electrifying. To see this speed machine at close quarters in action was amazing. To read up on it's history made the experience even more rewarding. The photographic opportunities to capture it's speed and versatility while maneuvering at very close range was exhilarating. Evening with Tornado at Didcot Railway Centre - This was my first event with TimeLine Events and I have to say that despite the best efforts of the weather to ruin things it was a really enjoyable evening. I had the chance to take pictures that I would normally never be able to. The lighting and the re-enactors really gave it that something extra. It also helped for me, a novice at this sort of thing, to have people around me who knew what they were doing to setup the shots and give me inspiration. After viewing some of the pictures others posted I now have even more ideas for the next time - I'm sure there will be a next time, since this went so well and was so enjoyable. Thanks to Neil and the team, the crew of Tornado and of course the re-enactors.
