I Very much enjoyed my day on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway on March 28th photographing 'Hercules'. As a disabled person it was easy to access the railway and the other participants were both helpful and friendly, as were those in charge of the event.I am limited to what I can do but I came away happy with some images I was really happy with. I attended both the night shoots on the South Devon Railway, and thoroughly enjoyed them. Both events were well organised and provided a whole host of photographic opportunities. A credit to the TLE team.

Fengate Farm Weeting..... Wow what an amazing venue. Outstanding opportunities for traction engines, tractors, land army girls, harvesting machinery. Highly recommended as a photography landscape & portrait mecca. This place really is a TLE gem. Alan P

I attended the Vulcan night shoot at Woodford. My first time at such an event but really enjoyed it. Plenty of time to get the shots you wanted and various lighting/poses with reinactors and effects during the evening to add interest. Great atmosphere. I’ve now booked another three events as I enjoyed it so much.

I went on my first Timeline event at Buckfastleigh station for a night shoot. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening which was very well organised and have already booked my second shoot for later in the year.

Will I

This was my third visit to Weeting and seventh TLE event. Once again it was an excellent event with lots of different set ups and settings including threshing, ploughing, log sawing and transport. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the wonderful re-enactors obliged us with all kind of poses without looking too staged. Neil and his team must be praised for the way they put these events together. This review cannot be complete with mention for the catering staff who served us up wonderful refreshments. Alan P
