Join us in the early spring for a photography landscape trip to one of the UK'S most spectacular locations: Glencoe in Scotland. We are pleased to offer this fantastic landscape photography tour, spread out over 4 days at a great time of year when Scotland begins to emerge from winter but with snow capped hills still likeley. This is the perfect opportunity to really hone your skills in landscape photography by getting expert advice in some fantastic locations in this fantastic area. The costs of the course includes private double room en-suite hotel accommodation in a stunningly situated hotel right in the Glencoe highlands for 4 nights with breakfasts each morning. Each morning you will be welcomed with stunning views accross the Glencoe mountains- what a place to stay!


This area offers some of the most impressive & spectacular landscapes in the UK and we will concentrate on the Glen Coe, Rannoch Moor area to take in the likes of Pap of Glen Coe, Glen Coe itself, Buachaille Etive Mor, Loch Ba, Lochan na h-Achlaise to name but a few of the locations. Each day will be packed full of great photography opportunities that will see us photographing from sunrise until sunset, following the weather to get the best sun positions and dramatic scenery. 



We plan to car share for this course and both Don & Emily will be drivers who you can travel with, we will also require one more willing volunteer driver to carry 2 or 3 passengers who will be re-imbursed for petrol.


ABOUT YOUR TUTOR
Don Bishop has been a keen enthusiast photographer for over 30 years, initially concentrating for the majority of that time on photographing his other great passion – steam trains. He went full time professional in 2006 and increased the time spent on landscape subjects and now has a comprehensive collection of fine art prints available of coast, country and mountain areas of the UK. His images are frequently published in magazines and he loves sharing his passion of photography and helping others improve their skills by offering expert tuition. 

WHATS INCLUDED
The course fee includes 4 nights accommodation in your own private an en suite room with breakfast each morning. We plan to car share for the trip and Emily & Don will both have seats available in their cars to offer lifst throughout the trip.

TIMINGS & DATES
This course will begin at 14:00 on Wednesday 13th March 2024 and finish up late morning on Sunday 17th March 2024 thus giving you 4 sunsets and 4 sunrises.

PAYMENT
Secure your place by paying a £400 deposit with the remainder due 30 days before the event start date (due by the 13th February 2024). The balance can be paid in instalments or all at once, whichever you prefer.

GROUP SIZE
This course will be limited to 9 photographers and will be run by Don Bishop with Emily Mudie assisting.

ACCOMODATION
We will be staying at The Kingshouse Hotel: Glencoe, Ballachulish PH49 4HY. This is a lovely hotel in a great location for photography and breakfast each morning is also included for you:
