TICKET PURCHASE POLICY 

Online Ticketing sells event tickets on behalf of TLE which means Online Ticketing does not set the ticket prices or determine ticket numbers. Policies set forth by our client, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. Tickets purchased on www.timelineevents.org may be subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.

Occasionally, events may be cancelled or rescheduled for a variety of reasons. If an event is cancelled, please contact TLE for information on receiving a refund or credit voucher for use on a future TLE. If the event was moved or rescheduled, TLE may set refund limitations. In the event of you not being able to make the rescheduled date for your event then you must inform TLE within 2 weeks of the new date being advertised to receive a full refund. After this period you will be not issue a refund until your ticket has been resold by TLE. 

If you are unable to attend the event your ticket was originally purchased for and you make TLE aware at least one month of the date you maybe offered the opportunity to move your booking to a future event of the same value or more. If you accept the option to move to a different event you will forfeit the right to any refund if available. However at the Companies discretion you maybe offered a Credit Voucher for use on a future event.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person, per credit/debit card and, for some services a restriction may apply per household. We reserve the right to cancel tickets without prior notice if purchased in excess of this limit.

Tickets are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of TLE. Full details are available on request.

Please check your ticket(s) as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the event host. Please note that we cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the original date. 

TLE reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of TLE. TLE may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons. 

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. TLE and Online Ticketing cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen. TLE and Online Ticketing reserves the right to cancel ticket bookings which either business reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently.

If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than TLE, or Online Ticketing, it may be voided and the holder may be refused entrance.

Purchasing a ticket to a TLE entitles the barer to attend the event and recording the day by video or still photography for personal and private use only.

TLE do not issue model or property release's. 

TLE operates a No Smoking policy.  

TLE and Online Ticketing accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as attendees of any TLE.

Our events run with a certain number of attendees required to run them, therefore on some events minimum bookings are needed for events to run to ensure a great photography experience. If an event does not meet its minimum ticket numbers we will notify you 7 days in advance of the event date to advise if the event is to be re-scheduled or cancelled.

If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered tickets to the rescheduled event, or another event equivalent to the face value of the ticket. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative event (subject to availability) up to the value on the ticket. 

TLE hold the rights to change any aspect of an advertised event without prior notice either in writing or by any other method for whatever reason it deems nessercery. TLE will however where possible try to give ticket holders advanced notice of any changes but can not be held responsible if circumstances and time dictate that this is not possible. 

TLE cannot be held responsible for issues that arise during any event that is outside of their control. On the rare occasion that an event does not deliver in accordance with what was originally advertised due to unforeseen circumstances of any kind TLE will try to offer some form of compensation, usually this would be in the form of a credit voucher to a maximum of 50% of original ticket price, or discounted tickets for the same of similar event held post the original event. This will be at the discretion of the TLE management.   

All of these terms and conditions are governed by English Law. 

The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements and TLE regulations whilst attending any TLE events.

Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury to yourself or another attendee shall enable TLE to reject you as an attendee on any or all future TLE.

Tickets may be restricted to a maximum number per person. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased in excess of this number.

TLE does not guarantee that an event will start at the times stated and reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any event without notice, or to substitute a different engine should this be necessary for whatever reason.

On occasions to further facilitate and for the benefit of photographers and to ensure the widest possible photographic opportunities TLE will organise joint events or help promote events run by other operators. TLE wish to make clear as a term of its booking conditions that it is not responsible or does it endorse the actions, arrangements, requirements and policies of any other organisation or individual(s). It will be made clear on all events advertised and capable of being booked via the TLE website who is the lead and responsible organisation or individual(s). 

TLE terms and conditions will only apply to stated TLE run events. In all other cases TLE and Online Ticketing's responsibility is limited to that of a booking agent or third party promoter.

Your customer details will only be used for the the marketing purposes of TLE and will not be passed to any Third Party Company for marketing use.
