I recently attended the S&R event at Midsomer Norton on the 9th of September with TimeLine. If I am being honest I did not know what to expect as it was the first time I had ever done a photo shoot of this kind. I also thought, after looking on the S&R website, that the day may have have been lacking content due to what was being shown. How wrong could I have been, the event was fantastic and the day was packed with content. You could see that Neil had clearly done his homework by the number of photo opportunities that were set up for us to photograph during the day. I would certainly recommend TimeLine as my expectations of the event were blown away ............ thanks Neil I cannot wait until my next event 10 out of 10 sir.

Just to say many thanks, both to yourself, ‘Anchorman’ Dave, the crew of RAF 102, and of course the man upstairs, who was in charge of the weather, for a really superb day on the Solent yesterday. Anchorman has the speed, and flexibility, of chasing boats on water, which also enabled us to make good use of the prevailing weather conditions. I have rarely experienced such dramatic cloud backdrops, against a photographic subject. As for the awesome ‘demo’ by the Coastguard patrol, it was a privilege to be able to witness the precision of the crew, at such close hand. I look forward to next years Solent programme, you have certainly set the bar high after yesterday! Well done once again to all involved.

Well what can I say, the TLE team are truly first class, professional and thorough. Their attention to detail and enthusiasm ensures that firstly you enjoy every second of the event itself, and secondly and I suppose most importantly that you get the opportunity to get the shot you’ve been striving for. The events themselves are at some great locations and with fantastic subjects to boot with great re-enacters and scenarios all set up for you. I'’ve been on three of these shoots so far (Coventry Shackleton afternoon & night shoot, RAF Cosford Jaguar and Tornado night shoot, and Bruntingthorpe Cold War Jets night with the Buccaneers, Canberra and Hunter), and I have another two booked with TLE and will certainly be booking many more soon.  Hats off to Neil and the Team, top job! Keep up the good work.

I attended the Location Portrait's Masterclass Workshop on June 6th at the wonderful Edwardian Waterworks at Twyford. Not only a fantastic setting in it's own right, but the workshop was overseen by Pro Ray Lowe who was a great character and gave advice and tips throughout the day. Been on a few Timeline Events workshops and as usual it was extremely well run, on this occasion by Emily. The two models on the day were a pleasure to photograph and as this was my first experience photographing models they made it easy and nothing was too much trouble, Lena especially was great to photograph & work with. Ended the day with what I think are some great shots and thoroughly recommend attending a Timeline Events "Adventure". Colin G

I was on the 1960s London photo charter last week and just wanted to say thank you. I really enjoyed the evening I have to say I always feel relaxed on these events and the locations chosen were brilliant and thank you to Neil and his team for a great evening and I hope to do many more night shoots in the future. I recently attended the Oliver Cromwell photo shoot on the GCR. This was my first event of this kind that I have ever done and what a great day I had. It was the first time I had taken any night shots and I was pleased with the results. Having all day to concentrate on photography with one of my favorite subject matters gave me time to explore and experiment with my camera. I have now booked another with you for the Bruntingthorpe event and also put some pictures on Flickr (TLE page). Again that is something I have not done before so another learning curve there! Thanks for a thoroughly enjoyable day.
