This was my third visit to Weeting and seventh TLE event. Once again it was an excellent event with lots of different set ups and settings including threshing, ploughing, log sawing and transport. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the wonderful re-enactors obliged us with all kind of poses without looking too staged. Neil and his team must be praised for the way they put these events together. This review cannot be complete with mention for the catering staff who served us up wonderful refreshments. Alan P

I was on the 1960s London photo charter last week and just wanted to say thank you. I really enjoyed the evening I have to say I always feel relaxed on these events and the locations chosen were brilliant and thank you to Neil and his team for a great evening and I hope to do many more night shoots in the future. I Very much enjoyed my day on the Romney, Hythe and Dymchurch Railway on March 28th photographing 'Hercules'. As a disabled person it was easy to access the railway and the other participants were both helpful and friendly, as were those in charge of the event.I am limited to what I can do but I came away happy with some images I was really happy with. Yesterday I attended my first event with TimeLine at Middle Wallop. I’ve just got to say what a great time I had. It was a long day with travelling from London and we all had ample of time to set up and take some great photos, nothing was rushed. Even had time to relax in-between shooting the different aircrafts. Everything was done with great professionalism from start to finish. I recently attended my first TimeLine Event at Didcot, having just joined as a TLE member  - Winter in the shed - what a great experience! Merging together my passion for social history and photography I was really looking forward to the event - and I wasn't disappointed! The venue was brilliant - old, authentic and atmospheric - even more so due to the smoke machines and steam from the trains.  Together, with professional, flexible, approachable and adaptable re-enactors, the perfect backdrop and atmosphere for railway shots was created. The cameo's set up by the TLE team were thoughtful and considered and the team ensured each photographer got the shot they were after.  Fellow photographers were polite, enthusiastic and willing to share their tips and techniques.  I really enjoyed the event and have already booked up for several more in the near future!

I recently attended the photoshoot of Jaguars and Tornado's at RAF Cosford, on both evenings and came away with some very pleasing results. Each evening was different and Neil and the team were fantastic in the way they set up photoshoots with the enactors. The lighting effects in the hanger were really cool. I particularly liked the red, white and blue, illuminating a Jaguar. The enactors worked extremely hard on both days. There was even an excellent evening meal provided. Thank you to everyone who helped set this up.
