This was my first TimeLine steam event. As someone who runs their own events I was really impressed at the professional organisation, the great lighting and the determination to ensure everyone got great opportunities. well done Team TimeLine!

My experience of the event RAF Launch HSL102 - Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - 2nd July 2019 was electrifying. To see this speed machine at close quarters in action was amazing. To read up on it's history made the experience even more rewarding. The photographic opportunities to capture it's speed and versatility while maneuvering at very close range was exhilarating. Ropley station evening shoot: I think the light was in our favor. The reenactors were impeccably turned out. The staff at Watercress were very accommodating and of course TLE organisation was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shoot. I think I captured some shots I will keep. I know I haven't been shy posting them on my forums. I'm a member of Watercress, I think it has some fabulous locations to photograph. Some of the images I've seen from the other participants are beautifully presented. I've definitely picked up some tips & tricks. Looking forward to revisiting Watercress with TLE in the near future. Thank you for a great day at the Thames Barges on Saturday.  Plenty of opportunity to get some great shots of the barges and the weather was perfect. I hope to join you at another event in the future.

My first of many, TimeLine Events was to the Halifax early in 2015. It was a well organised and friendly event, nothing was rushed. Neil and his team put together a fantastic night, the addition of re-enactors added depth to the day. My creative skills were challenged, and improved over the year. Roll on 2016 where I hope to challenge them further. In short, a fun event run by photographers for photographers of any level.

We are both serious armatures looking for images with a difference that will get us acceptances and medals in International Salons
its why we take advantage of time line events. Swindon Basingstoke Didcot and down on Farm have all been great opportunities and many acceptances and at least 1 medal. 

This is all down to Neil and his team of reenactore that provide the cameos and individual images. The setting up of lights the use of smoke machines and the ability to get your images without having to jostle for position or worry about others getting in the way.
