Ropley station evening shoot: I think the light was in our favor. The reenactors were impeccably turned out. The staff at Watercress were very accommodating and of course TLE organisation was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shoot. I think I captured some shots I will keep. I know I haven't been shy posting them on my forums. I'm a member of Watercress, I think it has some fabulous locations to photograph. Some of the images I've seen from the other participants are beautifully presented. I've definitely picked up some tips & tricks. Looking forward to revisiting Watercress with TLE in the near future. My experience of the event RAF Launch HSL102 - Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - 2nd July 2019 was electrifying. To see this speed machine at close quarters in action was amazing. To read up on it's history made the experience even more rewarding. The photographic opportunities to capture it's speed and versatility while maneuvering at very close range was exhilarating. I've attended six TLE events so far this year and have got four more arranged for the rest of 2017. On every one I've come away with fantastic images as a result of the superb locations, subjects, re-enactors and organisation by Neil and the rest of the TLE crew.  Almost certainly, places like RAF Cosford, or subjects like USS George HW Bush or HMS Queen Elizabeth would be difficult or impossible to photograph close up without TimeLine Events!

Thanks to Neil and the TLE  team for a well organised visit to Didcot last Saturday, (30/4/16). The weather played ball and I got some great photos especially in the shed. I've already booked a September trip to ' STEAM ' and I look forward to many more photo opportunities with TLE.

This week saw my first outing with TLE, a charter with GWR 0-6-0PT 1369 on the South Devon Railway from Buckfastleigh.  The day was most enjoyable!  Within the limitations imposed by a lack of watering facilities (for the loco, not the participants!) and the fickle nature of the sun, the event was well-run and I came away with some nice shots.  I've already booked up for a second event with TLE next month, and expect I will do more in the future.  Highly recommended!

Thank you for a great day at the Thames Barges on Saturday.  Plenty of opportunity to get some great shots of the barges and the weather was perfect. I hope to join you at another event in the future.
