Newbury Park Bus Run was for me an adventure into the passion for busses other appreciate so dearly. The busses used were in spectacular condition. The organisation and coordination of the event was in my mind no easy task, well done TLE. For all said and done the event gave me a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture images only imaginable of an era not seen since my childhood and my experiences of the big old Red London busses. A big thank you to TLE & Neil Cave for the event. Highly recommended for a future return event. Alan P
Ropley station evening shoot: I think the light was in our favor. The reenactors were impeccably turned out. The staff at Watercress were very accommodating and of course TLE organisation was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shoot. I think I captured some shots I will keep. I know I haven't been shy posting them on my forums. I'm a member of Watercress, I think it has some fabulous locations to photograph. Some of the images I've seen from the other participants are beautifully presented. I've definitely picked up some tips & tricks. Looking forward to revisiting Watercress with TLE in the near future. We are both serious armatures looking for images with a difference that will get us acceptances and medals in International Salons, it's why we take advantage of TimeLine Events. Swindon, Basingstoke, Didcot, and down on Farm have all been great opportunities and many acceptances and at least 1 medal. This is all down to Neil and his team of re-enactors that provide the cameos and individual images. The setting up of lights the use of smoke machines and the ability to get your images without having to jostle for position or worry about others getting in the way. These days are not cheap but then what hobby is, and it's a true old saying "you cant take it with you" so we look forward to giving Neil some more of it. I can say that I went away from the day shattered, mainly due to the weather, but with a few nuggets that will certainly make me think a little more rather than just pointing the camera and hoping that a good photo is produced. I felt that I was encouraged to participate and found that Mark was only too pleased to help us one to one in the practical sessions.I thought the day was well structured and the group size was just right. I was happy with the general content together with the relaxed approach throughout the day.To sum up I thought that I got something from the day that I will now use going forward and it was great to spend time with other photographers all with the same goal. A great day ...... thank you very much.

Just a word of thanks for a superb event yesterday evening at the Midland Railway Centre. Breathing life into PMR was a masterstroke which no other operators can achieve and brought total realism to the situation. We were blessed with good weather and a fine sunset which just added to a memorable charter. Please extend my thanks to Pete and the MRC staff who helped to make this possible.

Fantastic photographic event with a classic 14XX and auto train on the South Devon Railway. The organisation was excellent and the weather superb. The shots of the train along the banks of the beautiful River Dart will be treasured. I was still smiling several days later!
