Newbury Park Bus Run was for me an adventure into the passion for busses other appreciate so dearly. The busses used were in spectacular condition. The organisation and coordination of the event was in my mind no easy task, well done TLE. For all said and done the event gave me a once in a lifetime opportunity to capture images only imaginable of an era not seen since my childhood and my experiences of the big old Red London busses. My experience of the event RAF Launch HSL102 - Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - 2nd July 2019 was electrifying. To see this speed machine at close quarters in action was amazing. To read up on it's history made the experience even more rewarding. The photographic opportunities to capture it's speed and versatility while maneuvering at very close range was exhilarating. Powerboat Racing on the Solent or any TLE event on the Solent. I've been on 4 in recent months. Yacht races and high speed boat pursuits. Highly recommended if only for the experience of the day. Photography is challenging and the weather can be challenging too but the Wow factor is worth the effort without doubt in my view. Alan P

Just a short note to say how much I enjoyed the above. This was my first TimeLine Event, and I shall definitely be back to do some more. The re-enactors really suit the environment in which they belong and I thought the smoke machines really added to the atmosphere! Thanks again!
