 I had a fabulous day out at Papplewick pumping station (Nottinghamshire) where I met ladies and gentlemen of Victorian Steampunk persuasion. They were all superbly dressed, very photogenic, happy to pose as instructed amidst the engineering backdrop of the Victorian pumping station. Ropley station evening shoot: I think the light was in our favor. The reenactors were impeccably turned out. The staff at Watercress were very accommodating and of course TLE organisation was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shoot. I think I captured some shots I will keep. I know I haven't been shy posting them on my forums. I'm a member of Watercress, I think it has some fabulous locations to photograph. Some of the images I've seen from the other participants are beautifully presented. I've definitely picked up some tips & tricks. Looking forward to revisiting Watercress with TLE in the near future. I have now attended two timeline events one at RAF Cosford and more recently the Cowes Sailing Regatta. Both have been superbly organised, offering a unique perspective on the chosen subjects. I was initially reticent based on price, but after attending these two events, I will be booking others! I have taken by best ever photographs on these days, not only this I have also enjoyed the days out. In fact ththe cowes day would have been fantastic even without taking a picture! Throughly recommend!

The glamour shoots are an event to look out for. Lovely and friendly girls who quickly make you feel at home and give every assistance. Boscombe Down Aviation collection was an ideal location allowing unusual shots and Neil and his team ran it like clockwork as usual.

The Wellington hanger event exceeded my expectations. The careful consideration of the limited numbers involved allowed for all who attended to move around without disturbing others in the confined area. All other photographers were polite and considerate and it made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I have come away with the results I had dreamed of...so very happy. My thanks to Neil and the team for his valuable suggestions as regards technique, and also for making certain that everybody got both the angles and the time required to achieve what they wanted.

This was my first time at a TLE event, I was very impressed by the organisation of the TLE team and the effort and patience of the 
re-enactors, I came away with some really nice photo's.
I will definitely be booking other TLE events. Shea
