What a great evening at Milestones. The museum itself is well worth a visit but a TimeLine event must be the only way to get those really atmospheric shots. A really great set of re enactors, looked the part and participated whole heartedly. Thanks again to Neil and the team.

 I had a fabulous day out at Papplewick pumping station (Nottinghamshire) where I met ladies and gentlemen of Victorian Steampunk persuasion. They were all superbly dressed, very photogenic, happy to pose as instructed amidst the engineering backdrop of the Victorian pumping station. My experience of the event RAF Launch HSL102 - Portsmouth Historic Dockyard - 2nd July 2019 was electrifying. To see this speed machine at close quarters in action was amazing. To read up on it's history made the experience even more rewarding. The photographic opportunities to capture it's speed and versatility while maneuvering at very close range was exhilarating. Ropley station evening shoot: I think the light was in our favor. The reenactors were impeccably turned out. The staff at Watercress were very accommodating and of course TLE organisation was top notch. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shoot. I think I captured some shots I will keep. I know I haven't been shy posting them on my forums. I'm a member of Watercress, I think it has some fabulous locations to photograph. Some of the images I've seen from the other participants are beautifully presented. I've definitely picked up some tips & tricks. Looking forward to revisiting Watercress with TLE in the near future. I had a memorable day photographing HSL 102 and MGB 81 on May 8th. The day was brilliant, well organise, even the weather was fair and the photo opportunities limitless. A great day, I can really recommend it.

Just a word of thanks for a superb event yesterday evening at the Midland Railway Centre. Breathing life into PMR was a masterstroke which no other operators can achieve and brought total realism to the situation. We were blessed with good weather and a fine sunset which just added to a memorable charter. Please extend my thanks to Pete and the MRC staff who helped to make this possible.
